“The customer service of this company is excellent. Within minutes of placing my order, out of hours, I noticed a slight problem. Sent them a message and received a response almost immediately rectifying the issue with no quibbles. Delivery was much much quicker than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. The vibration plate is well built and delivers what it promises on the website. Yes it's a little bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. The remote control fits snuggly on your wrist and negates the need to try bending down to alter the program. Fits neatly under my desk and when slides out easily when I want to use it. The rubber mat that comes with it is perfect for dampening most of the noise you would expect when using it on a wooden floor. Overall I'm very happy with the purchasing experience and the product. Definitely a great buy.”
