“Easy to set up and use - the flex could be longer and I put it on a mat to aid sliding under a chair for storage. That said, it is easy to use and the exercises included are a great place to start.”

“I bought this for my daughter for 2 reasons, 1 she hates exercise and 2 she has poor circulation. It has improved her circulation greatly and she uses it for exercise and loves it. You can already see her body is changing shape. Would definitely recommend.”
