“Despite a delay in receiving the item due to the COVID-19 scenario, the bike arrived within two weeks, which i think is pretty good considering the size/weight of the item and the current pandemic. It was easy to assemble and is an incredibly solid and well made bike. I am very pleased with it and i believe you can't get a better spin bike for the price. It is comfortable for me (6ft tall) and It also looks great. Bluefin customer service were also helpful and responsive. A reputable Uk company making quality products. Would recommend!”

“Ich habe die Bluefin 4d Montag bestellt und sie ist am Samstag direkt geliefert worden. Das Produkt sieht sehr hochwertig aus, ist leicht zu bedienen und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Bisher trainiere ich seit 7 Tagen täglich 10 Min. darauf, es macht Spaß und ich habe das Gefühl, dass es schon eine Wirkung hat.”

“Got bench, good stuff so far after couple weeks,long term dont know. As for maximum user weight i dont think you've anything to worry about unless youre a brontasaurus,impressed with build quality as good as any gym stuff you'll see.”

“It does do what it says on the can. Just 10mins felt like a proper workout. However, there are insufficient washers in the packaging. 15 are needed but only seven supplied. Oddly enough, this is the number in the contents list, but not the right amount according to the assembly instructions.”

“Het apparaat werkt perfect alleen de hartslagmeters werken niet dus je kan de handel bij de aliminium sensor vasthouden hoelang je wilt de digitale computer geeft niets aan wat ik jammer vind want je wilt toch wel de metingen kunnen aflezen zoals beloofd.”

“Not had chance to use it yet, but what I would say is, would of been 5 stars, but when I opened the box, there was a dent on the main frame, then as you read instructions and check all your parts are there, which they where on the parts page! You then realise as you put it together you don't have enough washers when you start to put it together on the instructions page! Think they've miss calculated the amount, once you start to read and put together, it says you need more washers than they give you!”

“WoW wat had ik de 4D trilplaat snel in huis binnen 5 dagen. Ik ben super tevreden met het apparaat en ben nu alles aan het uitproberen. Ik hoop dat ik er nog heel veel plezier van kan verwachten.”

“Terrible customer service. Very nice people and have replaced a part which is great but it takes so long to get a reply. 2 days per email to customer service, even if you reply straight away. It said 3 days reply from tech support and I’m still waiting, I just want to use my bike. I wish I’d never bought it and had bought a different brand.”

“I love my device, but am somewhat hesitant about moving from one level to another - do I say, do a week at the first level, before moving up to the next level? I would have liked to have had some guidance. I would mention I am nearly 79 and do not not want to progress too quickly. Also what are the coloured bands for and where and how do I use them? I haven't managed to find anything about them in the manual. Can I pick up any ddemonstrations on YouTube?”
