“I bought a 'My Weather Station' for my granddaughter, as her birthday isn't for a few weeks, she has not yet received this present. However, I thought the quality of the weather station was excellent and it is illustrated very tastefully. I am sure it is a toy that will provide hours of fun, as well as foster an interest in the environment around her.”

“I am very disappointed to say I never received my order #2437 despite my complaints via email. There is no other way of contacting you. I am also still waiting for a refund although I would much rather receive the actual toy for my first grandchild.”

“I bought two “ hand carved “animals, a bear and a hare The bear is about the size I expected, the “ hare” looks more like a rabbit and is smaller than expected. I was very shocked to read these were both made in china, apparently hand carved in china. I almost returned them for this reason. I assumed all goods were from England or Northern Europe. I shall keep them.”
