“The wooden lorry plate and other items I ordered arrived today and are just beautiful! I had a small issue involving one of my items and it was resolved the same day! I will definitely be ordering from this shop again.”

“We ordered two different animal spoons but received two of the same animal. We attempted to contact Blue Brontide to see if we could return the extra whale and get the spoon that we requested. But we never received a reply. We were really happy with the quality of the products though.”

“The wooden tractor I bought for my great grandson is already giving him great pleasure and could be passed on to future siblings, cousins or future generations. The smooth contours and great craftsmanship look as if it was built to last.handcrafted wooden toys I bought for my daughter, nearly forty years ago have also served my eight grandchildren who were in and out of my home as young children are still in great condition and I’m sure this lovely tractor will be loved as much and for as long.”

We have checked our email system and don't seem to have received any messages from yourself in regards to this matter! I have checked on your order #1841 for you and can advise your order was issued on the May the 19th, we normally advise 7-10 working days for an order being shipped all the way from the U.K to America although in these current circumstances there may be some delays. I have contacted our courier service and they have advised - for the USA - Services may experience some temporary delays as a result of limiting the spread of COVID-19, and they have given us a delivery date of no later than 10th of June.
