Postage was reasonably quick. But my flowers ended up getting substituted for a different colour even when the email letting me know said they’d be the same colour scheme. I’d specially ordered these because they were advertised as purple and pink. Not just pink. As they were still a very lovely bunch of flowers i didn’t think it would help to complain after they’d been delivered. But then they emailed asking for a review so I might as well tell the truth.

The flowers, not many of them were a disappointment, more importantly the Flowers were delivered extremely late, Despite me paying extra to have them delivered At the latest by 5pm, NOT !! 7.15pm, incurring Me extra money out my own pocket!!! Please Don’t use Royal Mail!!!!

The delivery was prompt and the packaging of the flowers was lovely, but I received fewer tulips than what I ordered and they looked tired and not fresh at all. I know that they have a happiness guarantee, however as they just give store credit in case someone is not happy, and I definitely won't use them in the future for flower orders, I didn't see the point to use their happiness guarantee.

Order was cancelled without notice. So had to order again then when delivered was just dumped on the doorstep.

Decent product, but the flowers that I ordered for Mother's day, paying for an additional charge for nominated day delivery were delivered a day late. They did refund me for this, but a far from ideal experience, especially seeing as I can't visit my mother due to COVID.

For a £60 Mother's day bouquet i was expecting something really quite spectacular, as per the photo. Unfortunately the bouquet was really quite sorry looking and a long way off what was advertised plus the flowers had barely any scent at all, which was surprising for supposedly fresh flowers. If i'd paid £10 for it, I would have expected this but unfortunately I most certainly didn't. Delivery was all as described and on time but that's about the only positive sadly.

Simply, the roses were of poor quality and didn’t last more than 48 hours. Disappointing considering their cost.

Prompt delivery. The white roses in the bouquet I felt were past there sell by date - poor . The agapanthus and lilies were satisfactory. Personally would not use again.

I bought these flowers as a gift for my cousin and they don’t look anything like the picture. There are lots of green leafs and the white flowers have only just started to bloom now when the other flowers have died.

Unfortunately some of the flowers died very soon after my friend received them - very disappointed as she received a number of flowers for her birthday and these were the first to go.

The flowers had been ordered for a friend, unfortunately they were of quite a poor quality. Pink roses that were already turning brown? Not good enough. I certainly won't be using again. £50 wasted.

Having received positive reviews from earlier flowers purchased from yourselves I was disappointed to see the quality of the roses I purchased for my wife on our anniversary. The flowers had no water the wrapping and were wilting after 24 hours. It will be difficult to recommend further purchases based on these. We have tried emailing you about the quality but have had no response yet.

I never normally write a review, but I ordered this orchid as a Mother's Day gift. My mum reported that buds began falling off it almost immediately. I had not seen it myself until I went to visit her over Easter, when I found it looking completely dead, including browning leaves. It was standing in the same place as one I gave her years ago, which was re flowering for the 5th or 6th time, so she obviously knows how to look after them. My mum is partially sighted, and I did not see the plant when it arrived so have no way of knowing what it looked like on arrival, but have never known an orchid decline so quickly - normally they flower for ages and then re flower again.

The flowers in the picture looked nothing like the bunch that came even left for a few days to blossom. Not worth the price at all.
