“Bought for friend’s 70th birthday. I was informed late on the day of her birthday that the bouquet was not able to be delivered due to hold ups (at port?). It was then delivered a day late. I felt it would have been better to at least acknowledge in advance that deliveries could be affected by problems due to covid / Brexit. She assured me the bouquet was beautiful, albeit late.”

“The flowers were okay, but not worth the money, especially the initially listed price which was £50. They were supplied to be a half price offer from British Gas, but even at £25 they twice what I could have paid for them from a shop.”

“Delivered when asked to right address, receivers pleased, difficulty contacting customer services , didn't seem possible by phone or email or website although says is. I needed to check they had correct delivery address because Yodel's email led me to think otherwise. But was OK.”

“First timer using Blossoming gifts (BG) to order Roses for Valentine. The ordering process was good but apart from that, it was a disappointing service. Yodel the delivery contractor delivered the parcel behind the bin at the wrong address. Failed to investigate and BG also failed to take ownership once this was reported. Although after 4/5 days, given a credit but as you can guess, I am defintinitely not coming back. Yodel has apologised for the driver's error and I requested for a refund from BG a week ago and still waiting without a response.”

“I havent seen the gift as was ordered for soemone else however they thanked me for the unexpected beautiful flowers and wine and dleivered on the date in question and withinthe wide window of time as advised, Not made awar of any damage by teh recipient but then they wouldnt likely do so”
