“"Blossoming Gifts" has a unique way of providing the right flower and/or gift arrangement to suit the needs of the client. The flowers are always fresh, orders are processed in a very timely basis and deliveries are on time surprising and pleasing to the recipient. “1st time I used your website, requested the flowers and wine 2 DAYS BEFORE the date I required delivery, it was for a 21st BIRTHDAY of which we all know, you only have once in a lifetime and guess what - it did not get delivered on time. Was offered a £40 credit towards my next order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could not get my 1st order correct, do you really think I would use them again.”

“I've used Blossoming Gifts 3 times and all 3 recipients were very pleased with the bouquets. However, I don't think it's too much to ask to get an email notifying me when the bouquet has been delivered, even with standard delivery. Also, standard delivery is not always available, even in suburbs of large cities, forcing you to pay extra. Fix these things and I'd give you 5 stars”

Nice measured feedback with advice - that's what we like! We agree and hopefully we'll be able to offer free standard delivery on as much of the range as possible. The only reason we can't confirm delivery on standard is because it goes out in untracked Royal Mail post so it is genuinely impossible for us to know exactly when it has been delivered.

“Birthday flowers were not delivered on time, despite repeated phone calls. Your responses to my calls where all untrue. Why is your policy to tell customers what they want to hear just to get them off the phone.”

Our policy is to check with the courier that delivery is on schedule, and we were assured it was. We're sorry to hear the flowers were delivered late. The team will be in touch to compensate you for the late delivery.

“Horrendous company. The customer service team has been outsourced to South Africa. I mean how much money are they really going to save by NOT employing British workers? The team are untrained, rude and lack any professionalism. When I ordered the bouquet of flowers for a birthday, I didn't even receive an ETA of delivery. The flowers arrived at 3.30pm!? Avoid this company like the bubonic plague.”

“Beautiful Flowers, nearly always last a long time giving days of enjoyment, often receive some great offers through email. Only down side is that the delivery company never seem to be able to find my Grandma's house!”
