“I sent flowers to my friend as it’s her 70th birthday and at the moment we are unable to celebrate so wanted to do something nice for her. She loved them and really appreciated it. The only thing was that she wasn’t made aware a delivery had arrived so once I was informed I waited an hour and I hadn’t heard from her so I had to contact her. She lives in a block of flats so the gift was left inside main door on the table. If not for me asking she would never of known even if she had walked past the box that it was for her.”
