Delivery was fine, although was a day earlier than picked. However, the plants were a little brown so not as nice as the pictures

There were significantly less flowers in the bunch ordered than in previous orders. Not sure it is value for money anymore.

Flowers were beautiful but was disappointed they didn’t arrive on the chosen date for my friends 40th birthday. Would probably use a local florist in future for that reason.

I have used Bloom & Wild in the past and loved it, but unfortunately this time the chosen delivery date was missed and arrived 2 days late, the recipient was away on their arrival and will be able to open them today … I’m worried about what condition they will be in. Very disappointing.

The flowers were gorgeous but extremely small for over forty pounds purchase. I was very disappointed to see how small they were.

I’m afraid the delivery timings are just not reliable enough for special occasions when you need flowers to be delivered on that particular day. My order arrived a day late, in fairness they do warn you this is a possibility but to have it happen on my first order puts me off using them again.

The quality of the bouquets used to be better than now. From recent experience of a tied bouquet, one of the so called Liberty ones, I would stick to the letterbox in bud format in future.

I ordered two bunches on the same day, having seen some at work and being impressed. However, only one bunch turned up in the day specified. The other bunch was a day late and looking very sorry for itself as it was left outside all day, due to the recipient not being at home. They would have been home, had it arrived on time.

Hi Amy, Thank you so much for leaving your review. I'm really sorry to hear that one of your orders did not arrive on the expected date. Due to the nature of letterbox flowers and how they are packaged, we'd expect them to look a little 'sleepy' or sometimes flatter on arrival, but we hope that you are amazed by how much they perk up once they've been trimmed and had a chance to drink overnight in the vase. We'd recommend 24 hours for them to fully rehydrate, but depending on the variety of the stems it's usually much sooner before you notice a change. Hello Kirsty ,I understand that the flowers for Sue weren't posted because they weren't seen till the day after ,not really sure how they were left. Anyway they seem to have revived after being in water.

We do allow our delivery partners to leave the parcels safe if they cannot be hand delivered or posted, but we would absolutely expect them to leave a card to let the recipient know where they are. Easy process, however royal mail delivered 2 days late which is not ideal for this product. They claimed this was due to property not being accessible when in fact they had a backlog dud to snow. I think your company should have been aware so that you could have contacted customers.

Our free service with Royal Mail can take an extra day in some cases, but I apologise it arrived so late and that this was put down to the address being inaccessible. I have bought from Bloom & Wild in the past and received gifts of their flowers, and their flowers are lovely. This time I spent more due to an offer of a discount if I downloaded the app. I applied the discount code a couple of times but it didn’t stick. I thought if I tried clicking buy now I may get another option but the full amount was taken right away. I didn’t have time to cancel and complain. I really get annoyed by things like this, if you’re going to offer discounts make sure they work 100% otherwise they are underhand marketing tactics and effect your brand long term. I will definitely look elsewhere next time I send flowers.

Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered on Saturday as ordered but the following Monday so we’re a little past there best.

Through our experience, we've been advised that some particular postcodes can often take 2 days to deliver to from our Flower Studio. As such we decide to send the gift out a day earlier, this means that in most cases they'll arrive on the day you selected (due to the extra time advised, it will take for the parcel to progress through their delivery network), however from time to time they may arrive a day earlier.
