Flowers were lovely but I asked for a certain day when my mum was working from home and they sent it a day early when on one but my dad was home and he isn't very mobile so was not happy with that service I specifically requested that day for a reason and the only thing I got back was oh really sorry we can send some more for free and all that but that doesn't solve my dad having tk struggle to get to the door. Having no phone number I could see isn't helpful either.

I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet for the price. Although all of the flowers were fresh it all looked a bit lost in my vase and I expected more for the price.

Difficult to review as Amazon delivery let them down. The flowers were not delivered. Notification to say they had been left behind a wheelie bin but no photo evidence. Flowers not found so my sister in law failed to receive her birthday flowers - disappointing! Refund given but as a credit note so I will have to use Bloom and Wild, hopefully better service next time

I had used site previously on few occasions, this time I was unfortunately disappointed. The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and I thought they were very sparse looking and to be honest , I felt I would have got better from other sites .

Ordering was easy & price competitive compared to other flower deliveries but was really disappointed with the actual flowers that were delivered. They looked half dead even after following the instructions & waiting 24 hours.

Very disappointed as the flowers did not get delivered and I have been away unaware they were not delivered. They will now likely be dead or on their way to it! Sadly it was to acknowledge a bearevement and so we are very disappointed.

For starters the order did not get delivered in time. The courier company failed delivery and it was sent to the wrong Hub!! The second delivery arrived after calling and getting the order sent again - the recipient advised that some of the flowers were dead!! I did ask her to send photographs as proof, but she is very poorly and undergoing dialysis at the moment, and I did not want to hassle her. I was very disappointed for her, however she said that the thought was nice despite having the dead flowers.

Ordered flowers for my brother and have never arrived. Got in contact with the team who gave me the same answers over and over again. When I requested a refund on a live chat I received an email saying it had been processed but no one ever got in contact with me to confirm.

Ordering is easy. However the letterbox bouquet I ordered was due for delivery, as a birthday present, on Saturday but wasn't delivered until Monday: this meant the flowers were a little jaded and disappointing when they arrived. I assume this late delivery is a Post Office fault, rather than the fault of Bloom and Wild but nonetheless disappointing.

I placed two orders, First order arrived on time but flowers were in poor condition and very dried out. They did perk up after an afternoon in water. The second order was not delivered on time and they also said how poor condition the flowers were in. Again perked up after being in water for an afternoon. Easy to order, website and tracking great. Flowers lovely but could be in better condition.

We do send our flowers dry and in bud, in order to protect them while they are in transit and to maximise their vase life. It's expected that, after a trim and time in water to rehydrate, they will perk up and bloom beautifully. I'm glad to hear that this has been the case here! I ordered the flowers on Thursday 5th December for my Daughter for next day delivery to Congratulate her on her Promotion but the flowers were wilting on arrival on Monday 9th December 2024.

Delivery was made to address a mile away and left in pouring rain Flowers were clearly marked Woodlands and correct address which has an enclosed porch and people in all day delivery was made to Norden Heath cottage a mile away and it was up to us to try and trace flowers the next day very bedraggled . Surprise for my daughter spoilt plus she took a morning driving to try and find them. Not a happy experience

Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive the following day (Tuesday) but 5.40pm on the Wednesday due to the parcel being sent to Lancashire instead of Manchester. This delay obviously affected the condition of flowers

I completely understand how frustrating this is and I'm so sorry this happened. I just had a peek into this order, and can see that the blooms arrived one day late. Our free delivery service chosen for this order, is not guaranteed for the date and occasionally deliveries via this method can take a second working day to arrive. I'm so sorry if you feel that this information wasn't made clear enough at the time of ordering or in the confirmation email received after the order was placed. The blooms should be safe in their packaging for at least 2 days of delivery to allow for our postcodes that are a little further away, but of course if the blooms didn't look as they should I'd love to help put this right. New customers get more discount than returning ones. You do not reward loyalty. Offered me £10off next order but that means I have to spend more money to get that discount. I am not stupid
