Hi there! Thank you ever so much for taking the time to write us a review and I'm sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on the day you had chosen, especially when it was for such an important occasion which meant this spoilt your thoughtful surprise. Through our experience, we've been advised that some particular postcodes can often take 2 days to deliver to from our Flower Studio. As such we decide to send the gift out a day earlier, this means that in most cases they'll arrive on the day you selected (due to the extra time advised, it will take for the parcel to progress through their delivery network), however from time to time they may arrive a day earlier. Without your order details I cannot check if this was the case on this occasion, but if you would like me to take a look into why this happened we'd love to hear from you! “The flowers are beautiful and I’ve never been disappointed but delivery has become a bit of a lottery. My last order was delayed by 24 hrs. A delivery in October was left late in the afternoon behind a wheelie bin. I had to call my 92 year old aunt to let her know. It was dark and she then had to call me back to let me know she was ok.”

“Ordering of flowers was great but unfortunately the driver put flowers over a locked side gate and my friend had no idea they were there. As the weather was freezing with a light snow the flowers were not as good as they should have been. I was disappointed because my friend had lost her husband so I wanted them to be given to her or at least a card from the driver to alert her that they were over the gate.”

If the posties are not able to hand-deliver or post the parcel, we do allow them to leave the flowers in a safe place but of course this should be notified with a card to let the recipient know where they are. This is certainly not the experience we would ever want or strive for, so thank you for making us aware. All instances like this are reported to our Operations team who work closely with our delivery partners to improve our deliveries. “Flowers were delayed in the post and were three days late. I got in touch with live chat who were very apologetic and helpful Another bouquet was sent immediately. Very pleased with the beautiful flowers and the service was great. Many thanks.”

“If I need to send something special for any occasion I always choose flowers. Bloom and Wild have such beautiful arrangements at really good prices. It looks like I’ve spent a lot more than I actually have. I always choose them. They deliver exactly what I ask for, always on time and whoever receives them tells me they are beautiful and last for ages.”

“My last minute idea to send birthday greetings was simply ordered and delivered in 24 hours. The recipient hadn't received letter box flowers before, phoned immediately and reported that the flowers were perfect. Thank you! A first class service which I will continue using!”

“I’ve used you before for a subscription and not been disappointed with the initial ordering process or the quality of the bouquets( having been in touch with the recipient). I particularly like the way you keep me in the loop as to when the next delivery is due and when it has arrived……good customer service!
