“I ordered two bunches on the same day, having seen some at work and being impressed. However, only one bunch turned up in the day specified. The other bunch was a day late and looking very sorry for itself as it was left outside all day, due to the recipient not being at home. They would have been home, had it arrived on time.”

Hi Amy, Thank you so much for leaving your review. I'm really sorry to hear that one of your orders did not arrive on the expected date. Due to the nature of letterbox flowers and how they are packaged, we'd expect them to look a little 'sleepy' or sometimes flatter on arrival, but we hope that you are amazed by how much they perk up once they've been trimmed and had a chance to drink overnight in the vase. We'd recommend 24 hours for them to fully rehydrate, but depending on the variety of the stems it's usually much sooner before you notice a change.
