“Product selection very good and reasonably priced. Flowers always blossom as promised. Recently sent brownies to a friend in need of chocolate and she said they were delicious. Tracking and order progress information good and ordering via website smooth. What more can you ask?”

“Great selection of bouquets and gifts to choose from. Ordering process easy to follow. The only negative for me is the amount of emails received since I ordered. All emails have offers that last a day or two. I ordered for a special occasion, I have no-one else to send flowers to at this time otherwise I would have placed the orders at the same time. Too many emails.”

“Having used Bloom & Wild a number of times now I have to say that the process of ordering via the app / website is simple, effective & easy to complete. I do have some concerns about the delivery capability & selection of carriers used at times. If ordering for delivery on weekends the effectiveness of the delivery service is questionable, but during weekdays this seems to be much more effective. In terms of the product as long as you understand the business model, which is that the flowers delivered will grown over time, then the product is brilliant as whilst they might look less than brilliant when they first turn up, after a day or so, they turn into a beautiful product & the added advantage is that they last longer that more traditional flower organisations”
