“Beautiful flowers which is why I have used Bloom and Wild on many occasions. Unfortunately on this occasion I was let down by the delivery which is my reason for only 3 stars. I ordered letterbox flowers to make sure they would be delivered in the event of the recipient not being in. The flowers were delivered on time 23rd December but sadly not posted but left behind the wheelie bin with no delivery card. Therefore the recipient did not find the flowers until 25th December. This was very disappointing as the flowers were obviously not at their best.”

Hi Amanda, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review, I hope you are well. I sincerely apologise on behalf of the courier who handled this delivery for what has happened here with your thoughtful gift. We unfortunately cannot directly influence how the delivery will be made and have to entrust the individual will follow the on-box instructions and deliver safely, reliably, and professionally. If a box cannot be posted or hand delivered, a missed delivery card absolutely should be left to notify the recipient of where they are. Ordinarily we would rather a box be left safely than have them taken back to a depot and risk the gift arriving late! I can only apologise for how this delivery was made, and I hope that the flowers, after a trim and some time in water to rehydrate from their extended time in their box, began to revive and bloom beautifully since they were found on the 25th.
