“Good flowers and good company. We did have a problem this week with the courier leaving the flowers on the doorstep at 18.15 and not ringing the doorbell or knocking so the flowers were out in the snow all night. I reported it to Bloom and Wild at 8.30 on Sunday night by chat bot and at 8.30am Monday morning the problem was solved. Very impressive customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. I have used them for over 2 yrs. The flower choices are always good and flowers last longer than most other companies flowers by post.”
