“Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Slight discrepancy in terminology when reading the instructions but I worked it out. Maybe I missed it but it would have been helpful if you had recommended the paper cutter at the time I ordered the badge maker. I now need to order one separately.”

“Love it, love it, love it, we were woken at an ungodly hour at 8-30 am(okay it's not that early) but there was my longeded for badge maker and it is magic, does what it says on the tin. “Just got the 25mm G series cutter and desk circle cutter. What an amazing machine! Beautifully designed and engineered (I care about that!) and it works perfectly. Only took a few minutes to learn after which I have been making perfect badges. Everything is thought through to stop silly errors and the components (metal badge) are high quality. I am very impressed. Yes, it's a little bit pricey, but no more than other decent machines and I can see this lasting a lifetime and beyond. Great kit, recommend highly and, no, I don't work for the company!”

“Very happy with the goods and the service however, I purchased the 31mm badge machine thinking that this size would be available to work with on the ibadge design site like all the other sizes, and it is not. Can this be uploaded or created please.”

Hello, I am sorry you did not receive sample, please see below our response to your initial email enquiry. You actual order was despatched within 2.5 hours of it being placed online and we responded to your email enquiry for a sample within 4 hours which you made after placing your online order. We pride ourselves on despatching orders quickly and operate a fully automated 'order management system' meaning orders are received buy our warehouse within 20 minutes of being placed online, which are then packed ready for despatch. __________________________________________________ (email response sent: 04/11/2015 14:54:01) Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, the package has already been despatched and so I am unable to include a sample on this order. Should you need to re order in the future, I will be happy to include a sample for you to try. I do think that the chances of them fitting your machine is very low unless it is the same model of machine as the one we sell. If the 38mm work in your current machine, let me know and I will send a sample of the 59mm to you. “Good product range, friendly, fast delivery and issues quickly rectified. Have been ordering for a few years and have only had a couple of damaged components in one batch in all that time. Replacements were sent out as soon as I let them know.”
