I lost my card and when I tried to get a replacement i was told that I had to buy one

Hi there Allun, Thank you for your feedback, we wish we could provide all cards for free, forever! You're right, the plastic card comes at a small charge which simply covers the cost of packaging and posting the card to you. DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I LOST MY CARD AND I CONTACTED YOU AND I DIDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT CARD. I WANTED A PLASTIC CARD NOT ONE ON MY PHONE.

Dear Paul, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with our service - unfortunately it's just not sustainable for us to provide free replacements for cards which have been lost. We understand your preference for a traditional card, so would kindly ask you to purchase a replacement card via our website. The digital card can be added as a backup, should you ever wish to do so. No one would answer the phone. You said leave your number, and we will phone you back. No body phoned, ever. Nobody answered my emails, only automated responses. Impossible to talk to a person. Impossible really to communicate with your community. Maybe you could be worse, buy I doubt it?

I am so disappointed I can find nothing on your website about Bile Acid Malabsorption, this is a chronic illness with crippling cramps and frequent bouts of without warning diarrhoea. There is little information in the public domain and when diagnosed you are told to have a low fat diet but for many sufferers it must also be a low residual fibre diet too. Trying to seek help of an NHS dietician is nigh impossible. There is just 1 licensed drug to help ease the symptoms and the more effective more palatable is unlicensed in the UK and has to be prescribed by a consultant on a shared care plan with a GP. There is lo little awareness of this lifelong illness I feel organisations like yourself have a duty to help raise awareness. I had never heard of it until diagnosed and I have on,y come across one other person I know who has heard of it and that is because they also have it. Please Please help raise awareness of this condition.

I have registered with yourself and heard nothing. I have been buying my own pads for months and have had no help or support with getting these supplied

I have not had any interaction with B&B. The only reason I know they even exist is because of the spamming of emails. I have not gotten any products or help from B&B, so why would I rate it high?

If you'd like a plastic card, these are available to purchase using a postal form, payable via cheque or BACS. I think it is a great idea. But I went to 2shops boyes and superdrug in South shields and was refused.
