“My husband and I both suffer urine incontinence and husband as bowel incontinence also. We are in Australia and think these cards are wonderful as many places won’t let the public use their toilet, I showed my card and was allowed, thank you for a wonderful idea”

“good explanation of condition and how help the symptoms. i have been following the advice and given up caffeine and started doing the exercizes and in two weeks my incontinence has improved. thank you very much.”
