“I am grateful to the community for my card.I had a medical appointment last week so i went to shop after and I urgently needed to use a toilet. I showed the shop assistant my digital card and she allowed me to use staff facilities Thankyou so much”

“Good service once I had managed to establish email contact I think it was difficult to sort an actual physical card I do not understand why we have to send a cheque and not a BAC transfer- very old fashioned”
