“From what I’ve read so far it looks as if it will be very helpful and inclusive. However I was hoping to obtain a ‘Just can’t wait ‘card to replace one I’ve mislaid. Unfortunately the Website only seems able to provide an online version with QR code. Kind regards. A Beele”

Dear Alfred, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We offer the digital version of the Just Can't Wait Card for free via our website (which can sit securely on your smartphone and is easy to find). However, we recognise that not everyone has a smartphone. We still offer the plastic Just Can't Wait Card for a small fee to cover postage and packaging. If you'd still like a plastic card, simply download the form from our website and return it to us with payment, and we'll pop a new card out in the post to you.
