“Absolutely no one knew what I was talking about when I requested use of a bathroom. I tried 8 or 9 different stores in several towns in the uk and no one could assist me. No one knows what we are all about. Sorry no can't allow access, bladder and who? My boss said no, you'll have to use another store this is for staff only The final one said to me " prove it". I have given up asking. The bar code could be anything. I think a card with your name and request plus B&B community logo and something more official would be better.”

Dear Geoffrey, We're very sorry to hear this - we're actively trying to resolve this with an awareness campaign with businesses, but this of course takes time to filter down to customer-facing staff.
