We're sorry to hear this - if you requested a free toilet card via our website form, then you should have been directed to download your card to your smartphone. If you'd like a plastic card, these are available to purchase using a postal form, payable via cheque or BACS. “I really have not interacted with B & B C much. Seems like a legit good support group. I have UC and it's currently in remission and luckily have not had issues with urgency in public, but appreciate everything you do to assist those in need.”

“What I have learnt as been very valuable. I suffer from diverticulitis,and it is horrible. My diet had to change. I work full time,and the amount of toilet accidents,before I get to work,well I have lost count. Constant stomach cramps. After reading some of the articles from the community members and articles,it's nice to know I am not alone with this illness. One thing I read,was get yourself a RADAR key.
