I requested a card for use when out and find it difficult to find a toilet but have not received it

We're sorry to hear this - if you requested a free toilet card via our website form, then you should have been directed to download your card to your smartphone. If you'd like a plastic card, these are available to purchase using a postal form, payable via cheque or BACS. I am new to your community,via Martin Lewis updates (even though I have been diagnosed for over 10 years with UC & diverticulitis. I have been unable to download my B&B card so will re-apply but overall happy with the content & group,Thank you.

This is the first time with this community I'm in diapers 24/7 I'm also autistic but I've got act like autistic I've been with pads for 41 years I don't like the pads wearing hope we get on saw something my problems thank you

Great to know organisation is there. Just Can't Wait, card a useful extra. I'm disappointed by lack of info on : rectal prolapse, and IBS management.

Absolutely no one knew what I was talking about when I requested use of a bathroom. I tried 8 or 9 different stores in several towns in the uk and no one could assist me. No one knows what we are all about. Sorry no can't allow access, bladder and who? My boss said no, you'll have to use another store this is for staff only The final one said to me " prove it". I have given up asking. The bar code could be anything. I think a card with your name and request plus B&B community logo and something more official would be better.

Dear Geoffrey, We're very sorry to hear this - we're actively trying to resolve this with an awareness campaign with businesses, but this of course takes time to filter down to customer-facing staff. In order to keep the cost of the card low (and indeed free) we have kept the design as simple as possible, we do however take on your comments and will address them with a new product review. I paid for and sent off for 2 cArds and only one was sent I've just lost my Freedom pass wallet with the B&BC card in it. I now have NO card. It's not always possible to show the E card

Nobody has heard of it and when i give the card they think i made it myself.it needs advertising. Great idea,concept is good.

First contact when I ordered a digital card was great but was informed that a nurse will contact me for further catheter information but have not heard anything since.
