I am not happy with your service provider at all. I applied for a Cannot Wait plastic card therefore, I filled out and posted the form also, done the payment of £2.95 beginning but I haven't receive any card yet!?

Unfortunately I have tried several times since January to download the card to my iPhone wallet and it has never worked and I can’t find anyway to contact someone for support.

I have no recall of getting help from the 'community' even although have to endure unrinary incontinence and have quite a lot of occasions where I've lost bowel control also. Using a carers device & internet access once a week so have no real idea how to obtain the Just Can't Wait card. If someone there would care to advise me how to access that via post, I'd be very much thankful. Especially annoyed & upset that all/most of the public conveniences are closed down with no actual definitive cause as to why. Is despicable oligarchy rule. Kindly advise please? Non Combatant. Since the initial call, I have heard very little contact from Bladdet and Bowel, and have had no support to speak of, in fact the service I have received has had me in tears, that now my husband deals with Bullens directly and have had no input with Bladder and Bowel for for quite sometime. Very disappointing as this is not what was promised over the phone, Unfortunately a company that as soon as they have your prescription you are just another number, would not recommend at all

Recently applied for two I Just Can't Wait cards, paying for both via cheque. Only one arrived. Sent email explaining but have had no form of apology/explanation, or my second, paid for, card.
