“Thoroughly recommend bladder & bowel Community Full support at times needed especially when it's hard to come to terms with longterm changes illness and disabilities to our bodies. There's always someone to talk to. The company supply supplies and you can get a just can't wait card either digital hard card... a lifeline a family is how I describe bladder and bowel Community”

Dear Cheistina, You shouldn't have to wait long at all :) If you applied online for a digital card, the link download should arrive within seconds - do apply again and look out for an email from us with details. If you applied for a plastic card by post, as soon as we've received your application and payment we will send out your card. If it has been more than 10 days, we'd need to look into this - please if you're concerned, email us at help@bladderandbowel.org and we will chase your order. Dear Silvia, Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you haven't had a more positive experience. If you ordered a card online, via the online application form on our website, this would have been for a digital card. You would have received a link via email, to enable you to access your unique link. If this has expired, please repeat the process. If you would prefer a physical card, we make a small charge to cover postage and packaging. “I was phoned back the next day to answer my questions. I was given very helpful advice and useful sites were e-mailed to me so that I could further research my problem myself. Very professional but at the same time, very friendly and I was instantly at ease discussing my problems.”
