Dear Sandra, We're very sorry to hear you feel this way. We do everything we can to keep the cost as low as possible to ensure it is available to all who need it. We must make a small charge simply to cover postage and packaging. We offer other free services such as our Online Support Group, and all of our information is free to access. I didn't receive my card threw the lost, am disabled and dnt have a mobile phone. Disappointing indeed

Hi there Faye, Please can we ask you to email us with details of your order - we make a small charge for plastic cards, so if we don't receive payment we cannot issue a card. We know it can be difficult for some people to communicate their need to use a toilet, but there may be a better way that works for you. I could not active the pass, so therefor this was not useful as when i attempted to access the account it said code invalid

My mum had a appointment cancelled due to covid shortages last August. We have had no other contact from them since. I have tried to call, but it just does a long message to call back at another time. Newport Pagnell Medical urinal problems clinic.

I thought that shops should get you use their toilets if you need them But been to 2 now and they wouldn't let me use theirs

Dear Carol, Thank you so much for your review - we're so sorry to hear that the Just Can't Wait card was refused, we understand that may have been stressful. The card is a communication tool, as opposed to a pass to use the toilet. We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition. The more people show the card though, the more people will recognise it. Tried to call their helpline which kept me waiting then offered me to leave my name and number so they could call me - they didn't! I wanted a physical card but received an email to say my 'digital' can't wait card was ready, but I didn't want a digital one on a phone, and there was no means of speaking to anyone about it. Very poor
