Dear Deborah, Thank you for sharing your experience, we are aware that some retailers can be reluctant which is a shame - we have to remind ourselves that the card is designed to be a discreet way of asking for help, it can't become a demand for toilet access. It sounds like you ultimately gained the help you needed - we continue to work to educate people around bladder and bowel conditions in order to improve access. We understand your preference for a traditional card, so would kindly ask you to purchase a replacement card via our website. The digital card can be added as a backup, should you ever wish to do so.
