“The idea of a card/app image is very good, but SUPERDRUG wouldn't accept it. They refused my granddaughter use of thiers. Only one I know of. Contacted head office that said its policy not to allow the general public to use them. The end”

“Having applied for a toilet access card, I received a call from the BBC to offer me additional services. Having spoken to a really helpful fella, I now have all my daughters catheter supplied sent through the BBC, with the bonus of additional complimentary products that we didn't get from our previous supplier. Fantastic service, highly recommend and have also recommended to our hospital team to pass on to other patients.”

“I gr the occasional email which I scan read but generally in not sure what the community does. I guess it’s a support forum but tbh I don’t feel much support from the B&BC so I’m not sure what they do!”
