“I registered and got an immediate hard sell for their pharmaceutical delivery company. This may or may not be good. What is not so good is that they present themselves as a "community" when they maybe are not. From the hard sell, I suspect this is a business or commercial organisation rather than a community. I want to know how they get their funding (the logo looks like an NHS one but apart from supplying a delivery service do they actually do any health work?) I don't mind if they are a business but they should be uprfront. I have tried looking at the website and if there is a section saying who they are and how they are funded, its buried away.”

Dear Charlie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The organisation was previously a charity, which couldn’t support itself. It went bankrupt and was recovered to enable this vital resource with all its free information, newsletters and support group to continue to be available; all of which serves the community that has been have built. The Home Delivery Service was brought in as an extension of our clinical support. We apologise if this part presented as a hard sell - we will investigate your reported call with the Home Delivery Service Team to understand and ensure that due process is followed. “Unfortunately I have tried several times since January to download the card to my iPhone wallet and it has never worked and I can’t find anyway to contact someone for support.”

“It is reassuring that I now can produce evidence that will allow me to use a toilet whenever I need to do so in a hurry, as in the past some areas have been reluctant to allow me to use their facilites.”

“Gave me faith when I no longer had it. I came on this website just to get the emergency card, but after a few weeks I had an unexpected phone call from a lovely guy called Daniel Morrison after having a little chat I explained to him I had been having some major issues with a different supply for my catheters that weren’t getting delivered on time and needing more than I was being sent…Daniel quickly said “leave it with me I will sort it” and that he would called back in a hour.. fast forward not even an hour he had taken over all the issues asked me what I needed by going down a list even supplying gloves that I had been having to buy myself and to make matters even more better! He had a delivery with me the next day!.. honestly I can’t thank him enough”

“Some of the things other people are going through you realise you are not alone.. it is so good to ask a question about what you going through and it is not daft to the group as its put together of different things that other people relate to and is a big help and advice on what they can do it may be good for you to I'm so pleased there is a group that can accommodate so many peoples needs in 1 group”
