“I never heard of this until I started to have problems downstairs, I get rid of so much water I'm surprised that I haven't got Welsh Water knocking on my door, but this is just one problem, I'm glad that I can gain access to a toilet faster. Thanks for this.”

If you'd like a plastic card, these are available to purchase using a postal form, payable via cheque or BACS. “I really have not interacted with B & B C much. Seems like a legit good support group. I have UC and it's currently in remission and luckily have not had issues with urgency in public, but appreciate everything you do to assist those in need.”
