“I'm happy I've got a can't wait virtual card but would like to have a real card as well But all in all I needed a can't wait card I just hope the one in my wallet is accepted when needed Thanks”

Hi there Marcia, We're so glad to hear you're happy with your digital card, and we do find that increasingly it is being accepted by venues. If you'd like a plastic card as well, these are available to purchase via our website - simply download the form and complete it, and return to su via email or post with payment. “I have only recently joined the Bladder & Bowel Comminity but I have already benefitted from the card/app on my phone to access a toilet. I know the Community iis more than just this benefit and I am pleased that I was informed and encourage to join. Thank you”

“I had major bowel surgery over 20 years ago and struggled ever since as quite often I need a bathroom urgently . I never knew about the community until recently and I have had to use the app twice and it helps enormously. Thank you Denise Christie”
