So far I’ve been denied use of the toilets when I’ve shown my pass from 4/5 places I went into. Nobody seems to care about it

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us - the card isn't designed to be printed so we suggest purchasing a card to put in a lanyard - this will also be clearer to read and last a lot longer as it's plastic, so will stand up to daily use. You can order a card via post and pay by cheque, or submit your form by email and pay by BACS: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/just-cant-wait-card/ If you need any support please contact us at help@bladderandbowel.org Kind regards Customer Support Bladder & Bowel Community

Hi there Roy, We're sorry to hear of your situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We apply certain criteria to the application process to try to limit card applicants to people living with a bladder or bowel condition, but understand your viewpoint. The digital wallet is perfectly safe and you don't have to add any payment cards if you don't wish to. If you prefer, you can purchase a plastic card from our website. If you'd rather do this, simply email us at help@bladderandbowel.org and we can support you with this. With kind regards Customer Support Bladder & Bowel Community

I have a can't wait card and it is great but needs an awareness campaign as so many don't know what it is or what it means so I end up spending 10mins explaining it before they agree to let me use the bathroom. All pubs, cafes and public places should know about it

Dear Patrick, We're sorry to hear of your experiences. Thank you for your honest feedback, and we couldn't agree more! This is exactly why we launched our own Toilet Scheme to raise the issue with retailers and social venues, and are working to engage more businesses in the scheme to help break down barriers. We can offer training materials, and a discreet sticker to indicate their toilets can be made available. You can find out more on our website: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/toilet-scheme/ If you'd like us to approach a particular business or venue with details about the scheme, please let us know via email help@bladderandbowel.org. We'll keep all details anonymous. With thanks and kind regards Customer Support Bladder & Bowel Community

Hi there Erica, We're sorry to hear you are struggling. If your health is affecting your life negatively we'd urge you to speak to your GP or if you'd rather, you can approach your nearest continence clinic for advice (in some areas you can self-refer). You may wish to write a diary of your symptoms and how these affect you so that you can share this with your clinician to aid diagnosis. If you need support from others in a similar situation, you can also join our Support Group via Facebook, which is monitored by Admins. Find out more: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/news/new-bladder-bowel-community-facebook-support-group/ We do hope this helps - if you prefer you can contact us at help@bladderandbowel.org Kind regards Customer Support Bladder & Bowel Community

I have awarded 3 stars because although I am happy with BBC I have only started to use it in recent weeks. I can change my mind in the fullness of time and give a fairer answer to the question you ask.

Incredibly hard to find help for people with Gastroparisis. The average time for a diagnosis is 5 yrs, during that time Dr. Keep sending us to psychiatrist and refuse to help us with the pain. I was personally flagged at my local hospital for “shopping for opiates “ that I never asked for. Regardless enough with Cancer, gastroparisis is on the rise and if nothing is done it will become a nightmare. 80% young women stuck with this for life. Luckily I am a 58 yrs old man, sick since 2011, diagnosed in 2019. Practically no help from some of the best specialists in western Canada. Time to put this on front page ! Get professional dietitian and specialist on board.

Their supply of products is excellent and cannot be faulted. They never actually talk to their clients other than to ask about their monthly supply needs. That makes me feel divorced from the Bladder and Bowel Community. I am considering letting my pharmacist supply my catheters. He talks to me.
