“Although the product is usually of a high standard, our last order was 50 copies short due to a mistake in transcribing the quantity onto the works Instruction. This increased the unit cost. My request for file copies to my home address was ignored.”

“I have two observations: - I would have expected notification of despatch by email. - internal comms should have enabled the design and invoices team to liaise. As customer, I don't really expect to be asked to let the design team know when an invoice has been paid.”

Hi Damian. All orders will receive a dispatch email with tracking details via DPD - I can see you haven't received this yet as your item is due for dispatch tomorrow (friday). We don't require you to let us know if you have paid via BACS, however it will help speed your order up as the team responsible for processing your order do not have direct access to the bank account to check (and it can sometimes take 1-2 days for the accounts team to pass the information along to the account managers). Hope this clears everything up and thanks for your review!

“Overall, we as a company cannot fault the customer service of Blackwell. Mike has been brilliant at maximising our printing costs and we keep them on their toes with deadlines. On a few occasions where challenges have arisen the team have been quick to identify the issue and correct it where required. Thoroughly recommend.”
