“I am absolutely thrilled with the re-print of my book. It is a history of my family containing photos in the text. Soft binding has worked well and the printing and pictures are clear. I send Blackwell a PDF on the whole thing via 'wetransfer' and the new book is as good as the original, printed by Berforts Group Ltd.”

“Printing and binding quality excellent. We were able to get a delivery date this time but it was missed by one day which meant the recipient waited in all day for a delivery which did not come. It would have been better to be informed of the change. Packaging had split on delivery but luckily books were not damaged: recommend stronger boxes.”

“This company is not good. The delivery date was missed by 3 weeks then when the books arrived over half had faulty printing and had to have new printed inserts and be rebound. The quality of workmanship is poor, however some staff members were very helpful and sympathetic to the problems.”
