The band of fleece keeps hat in place, no sliding up and hats are beautifully knitted. Pricing is competitive. I can buy Black Yak in a local shop but it's cheaper to buy direct even with postage costs. Only one gripe, Royal Mail who took 7 days to deliver 2nd class. Wish I'd gone for First Class postage, worth the bit extra. Order dispatched quickly so Black Yak not to blame for slow postal service.”

“I called them to enquire about the sizing as the xl and xxl for men was not listed in cm and inches on the website. When i was asked about my height and chest size, i got muddled and said the wrong measurement and the woman laughed at me and tried very hard to stop herself from laughing for the rest of the conversation. I have Autism and dyslexia, and cancer with insomnia so was very tired when i called. I thought it was extremely unprofessional behaviour. On the upside the fleece lined 3/4 mens coat in beige is amazing to wear instantly warm with fine workmanship and speedy next day delivery. If the shop worker reads this, please learn from this and act with professionalism.”
