“I’m really sorry to say that I’m disappointed. I ordered snd paid for my hat but unfortunately it never arrived. I contacted you and got a very quick response informing me that it was dispatched and according to you records was delivered on the 9th Sept. Unfortunately I now have no hat and I’m not sure what if anything I can do. I am trying to catch our post lady to see if she can shed any light on the matter.
