The circulation in my fingers gets a little challenged in the winter and the fleece lining and thickness of the gloves helps to remedy that pretty quickly. “If I could give 6 stars I would. I ordered a jacket based on the size of a similar one from Black Yak that I've had for 10 years. Mandy came back saying she thought it might be too small, so included the specific dimensions for me to check against the current one. She also found a similar one that was a good 'second' that she said might be a better fit.
Both were dispatched to me (arriving quickly) without any extra money changing hands. Turns out Mandy was right, the original was slightly too small. But the one she found for me was perfect in look and fit. The original one is going back. It was dearer than the one I've kept but I've said keep the difference - the service received was fantastic, more than going th extra mile.”

I was so sad when I realised I had left it on a train last Friday and then delighted to see I could order a replacement on line. I ordered Tuesday morning and my new hat arrived by post on Wednesday morning. I think the wool used is different now but the quality seems just as good. The hats are still a great price.”
