As far as the products are concerned, they're of superb quality - really well made and keep me very warm. I wear my jumper most days now.
However, what really sets Black Yak apart is their customer service. We live on a bit of a farm and regularly have issues with deliveries not reaching us. After getting size recommendations from Black Yak I placed my order, but unfortunately, the driver wasn't able to reach my address (no fault of Black Yak). After ringing I spoke with Mandy, who was very apologetic and looked to get the issue sorted ASAP. Throughout the following correspondence she was friendly and attentive, never missing a beat. She gave me regular updates on how they were resolving the issue; I never felt like I had to chase them up. In the end, they resent the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, at no expense to me. It made me feel like a valued customer.
