I had accidentally ordered two of the same hat without knowing. The next day I received a call on my mobile from someone on the team at Black Yak to very simply ask if I wanted two the same (as they were packing the order and suspected I'd made a mistake). I had and I am extremely grateful for the team member for checking. I was only charged for the one hat (exactly what I had wanted) and it arrived very shortly after.
