“Lovely gloves, huge selection to choose from, will definitely buy from your company again.
Lovely packaging and quick delivery.
Great company overall”
“I am very pleased with my wrist warmers. They are extremely warm and the blue heather colour is gorgeous. The customer service I received was excellent - with a quick response to my online query and very fast delivery.”
“I loved the very personal service and attention to detail. Also that my beautiful gloves were hand made by a person from Nepal.
I will enjoy wearing them.”
“Fantastic product and fantastic service. Really valued talking to an actual person and very happy with the high quality of the jumper. Highly recommended.”
“TIE DYE DIAMOND BORDER HOODED JACKET DARK BLUE
XL
My husband has been living (and occasionally sleeping) in this since he received it as as a Christmas present. Sizing, quality, appearance all perfect. Thank you for great service and an excellent product.”
“I bought a Black Yak jumper whilst in Scotland and liked it so much when I came home I ordered a hat. I will be going to Finland knowing I can depend on these two items to keep me warm. My hat arrived within a couple of days amazing!”
“Not as warm and satisfying as my tenyear old sweaters made of yak wool. If you use sheep's wool a much heavier knit is required. Your market base will not allow you to compete in the barbour/m&s world and you lose all the integrity of your brand name by not using yak wool.”
“I adore my hat. I have wanted one like this for ages and am over the moon that I found it. The service was second to none and when I emailed after placing my order informing them of my size they shipped the perfect hat for me. I would highly recommend for product quality and service. Fantastic company.”
“I purchased this red hat and had it delivered to a friend. She is delighted with the look, the fit and how easily she can where it whilst listening to music.”
“Wonderful customer service when I phoned about returning a hat due to colour not as I had expected - not as vibrant as the online photo. The Black Yak person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and totally trusting as I was sent by first class mail four more hats, (all different colours), plus a prepaid returns envelope, for me to choose one I liked - went for bright rainbow which is warm and very comfortable. A lovely handwritten nor included - see attached photo. I then posted back the four unwanted hats including the original order as requested and I hope this has arrived safely back in Middleton on the Wolds.
I shall certainly buy from them again.”
