“Wonderful customer service when I phoned about returning a hat due to colour not as I had expected - not as vibrant as the online photo. The Black Yak person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and totally trusting as I was sent by first class mail four more hats, (all different colours), plus a prepaid returns envelope, for me to choose one I liked - went for bright rainbow which is warm and very comfortable. A lovely handwritten nor included - see attached photo. I then posted back the four unwanted hats including the original order as requested and I hope this has arrived safely back in Middleton on the Wolds.
