Which was a nice touch, but I hadn’t been worried as I ordered in plenty of time. The quality of the item is exceptional and my Mum is really pleased with them. For the price I think these are better then what you can buy on the high street, and the fleece lining makes them really warm and not itchy. I’ll be purchasing from here again in the future. The Black Yak site helpfully showed people wearing the hats, so I had a good idea of exactly what I was getting. The product also oozed quality. “Good to be ab.e to order Christmas presents from a fairtrade company. Good and personal service. Due to the nature of the products sizing is not always standardised so you need to specify clearly on ordering what sort of size is needed and whether you need male or female sizing. However, when you do the response is helpful and prompt. Courier was expensive. Post would have been fine.”
