“A fantastic company to deal with. My partner has fancied a warm woolly jacket for some time so I decided to get him an early Christmas present. We try to be ethical in our purchases and I already have a Black Yak hat which I've had for a couple of years now and is wearing well. As he is quite tall I wanted to check what size would be best so emailed Black Yak who gave great advice on which styles would fit him best. There was a slight hiccup with the courier but Black Yak did all the chasing to put this right. When the jacket arrived it was superb quality and is keeping him toasty-warm.”

Would have liked to seen a policy for returning goods but I could see nothing in the paperwork to advise me of this. I bought 2 hats but was uncertain whether one of them suited me.
