“2nd order with Black Yak. Because of Brexit and me living in Ireland I arranged for christmas presents to be sent to my brother in Scotlanbd which I would collect. However, I put the wrong house number on order. When Black Yak got it back they emailed me, I called and aI apologised, gave the correct address and explained I was flying in to Scotland the next day. They posted it again, wouldn't accept an offer of me paying for the 2nd postage and the parcel arrived the morning I was coming back. SO THANKYOU VERY MUCH and I really recommend the hats I bought one for myself this year and I was so impressed with it (an ardent hillwalker, I bought one for my whole family!”
