“This is the second pair of mits I have bought! The first pair were so warm I got a second pair! The circulation in my fingers gets a little challenged in the winter and the fleece lining and thickness of the gloves helps to remedy that pretty quickly. Love the quality, and the variety of colours and patterns.”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. I ordered a jacket based on the size of a similar one from Black Yak that I've had for 10 years. Mandy came back saying she thought it might be too small, so included the specific dimensions for me to check against the current one. She also found a similar one that was a good 'second' that she said might be a better fit.
Both were dispatched to me (arriving quickly) without any extra money changing hands. Turns out Mandy was right, the original was slightly too small. But the one she found for me was perfect in look and fit. The original one is going back. It was dearer than the one I've kept but I've said keep the difference - the service received was fantastic, more than going th extra mile.”

I was so sad when I realised I had left it on a train last Friday and then delighted to see I could order a replacement on line. I ordered Tuesday morning and my new hat arrived by post on Wednesday morning. I think the wool used is different now but the quality seems just as good. The hats are still a great price.”

“I love Black Yak's wrist warmer gloves! For the past 10 years or so they are the only kind of gloves I've used because they really work well for me. They also keep very well over time, they don't get ruined at all, and I usually buy a new pair only because I have lost one of the gloves (plus it's nice to have a change every now and then!).”
“I received the stripey rainbow jumper today, only ordered about 2 days ago! Talk about fast! That was with 2nd class standard delivery too. I spoke to them for a good fit, suggested XL, which I got. I also said long is good. I got a good length jumper and I'm so happy with it! It's very comfy and it reaches below my bum. Sleeves are long too. They are all individual which is fantastic because if you have, say, a short torso, they can accommodate that!”
