“Beautiful wrist warmers, which were exactly as described. The after sales service from Black Yak was amazingly good.It turns out that I have really big hands and I had ordered the wrong size! They sorted this out by someone actually visiting me with different pairs for me to try and pick the ones that fitted best. Coincidentally I live fairly near to their base, but they would have replaced them via the post otherwise.
