“First hat bought last winter and I love it. Just received delivery of two more hats, another for me and one for my daughter. The band of fleece keeps hat in place, no sliding up and hats are beautifully knitted. Pricing is competitive. I can buy Black Yak in a local shop but it's cheaper to buy direct even with postage costs. Only one gripe, Royal Mail who took 7 days to deliver 2nd class. Wish I'd gone for First Class postage, worth the bit extra. Order dispatched quickly so Black Yak not to blame for slow postal service.”
