“The communication was excellent in coordinating our tour . Our driver Steve was phenomenal ! A wealth of knowledge and extremely personable ! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour .”

“Lots of traffic (which we realize is not your fault) made to tour very long. Also thought it would be a bit more interactive. For example we did walk walk into abbey road studio, there was scaffolding at their flat so we couldn’t get a picture of the landmark sign. Guide was incredibly nice and knowledgeable”

“What a brilliant time we all had. Had our overseas teams over and we booked 9 taxis to give us a guided tour - we had the best time. All the drivers were super knowledgeable and we all learnt a lot about London. Thoroughly recommended this trip. Customer service was excellent, Angela was brilliant from start to finish and spoke to Keith in advance to explain what we wanted so we agreed in advance. We had a last minute taxi request and it was no issue at all and all resolved within a day.”

“Best tour of my life! From the very start, Frank took an interest in our whole family. He inquired about our hobbies and interests, and catered to them by taking us to relevant locations. At each place we passed - pubs, churches, hotels, and palaces - he told us fantastic stories that illuminated the rich history and culture of London. “I cannot adequately express how worthwhile an experience Black Taxi Tour provided. We booked a trip to Stonehenge and Bath. Angela was a delight to communicate with--always highly responsive. Ray is a fabulous tour guide. We learned a great deal that enriched the experience well beyond what we could have accomplished alone or in a large tour. Ray is a wealth of knowledge, and some very good company. Even more importantly, one of our party fell ill during the tour and Ray took charge of the situation and ensured that she would be well cared for (everything turned out fine!). We will certainly be using Black Taxi Tour London again and would like to express our appreciation and admiration for the entire team.”

“Where do I start? This was one of the best last-minute decisions I have ever made? We had a huge chunk of time between our flight landing in Heathrow and our ability to check into our hotel and Black Taxi Tour London saved the day! We chose the ghost tour because we like the spooky side of history and Keith Groves was the best, most knowledgeable tour guide and I highly recommend him to anyone! We saw and learned so much in those hours and I fell in love with London because of it. This is the best way for weary heads and bodies to soak it all in if you have a long layover or hours before you hotel check-in.”

“We had a very good experience with black Taxi. We use them several times they were always on time very courteous and very knowledgeable the five hour tour with Sean Was awesome. He took us everywhere. We wanted to go and some special spots. We didn’t know of. Got awesome pictures would recommend them for tours.”

“Our Black Taxi tour of the Cotswolds was amazing. Ray was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and he was able to tailor our experience to our interests. He knew all of the hiddle gems and helped us avoid a lot of the tourist traps. Our day in the Black Taxi was a highlight of our trip!”

“Brian Scott was the absolute best! We would award him 10 stars if we could! My daughter and I had a very short time in London to see a concert but we wanted to spend a few hours touring the city to see some highlights. Brian met us at the airport and took us into and around the city to see everything that we hoped to see. He was so personable and knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate some of the more unusual requests that we had like a stop for fish and chips and a stop to get Percy the Pig candies! Despite the short time that we had to tour, we never felt rushed and Brian was also a great photographer and knew the best spots to get photos! Our friends back in the U.S. couldn’t believe how much we accomplished in the limited time we had in London. Brian really went above and beyond and we can’t recommend him enough! In fact, the day after our tour (also the day we were flying back home!) he texted me to give me directions on the most efficient way to get back to the airport because we discussed me and my daughter taking the train back instead of a taxi. Thank you again Brian and Black Taxi Tour London for making our quick trip “across the pond” so special!”
