“Keith was terrific! Arrived right on time, even with my last minute pushback (jet lag is tough 😆). Taxi was spotless and comfortable for 5 people. Took us to all the spots and was super knowledgeable. We were thrilled, highly recommend their services, ask for Keith, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Peter was great!! His enthusiasm and knowledge made for such a great tour. It was also great that he fully customized the tour to my and my fiancé’s interests. Whether you are interested in ancient contemporary history or pop culture he has it all covered and does his tour in such an engaging way that I would highly recommend. Peter went above and beyond to make our tour perfect!”

“Peter was amazing and perfectly tailored the tour to suit our interests. He is very knowledgeable and we enjoyed conversing with him on historical topics and he does a beautiful job of explaining things contextually which brings them from the past into the present . We will be booking again , cannot recommend him more highly.”

“Davis was a fantastic guide, and this was everything we had hoped it would be when booking. We did the Classic London sightseeing tour (four hours). David's enthusiasm for and knowledge of London really elevated our experience. Per our request, he cut out a couple of the stops that we had visited the day before on our own (Tower of London and Westminster Abbey). He added a couple that were very interesting and not something we would have visited on our own (Roman Amphitheater, Guild Hall). He even showed us the Church where William Penn was baptized- knowing we were from Pennsylvania. He really customized the tour to us. If you are considering doing this, I would definitely recommend it- I'm not sure there is a better way to see London.”

“We didn’t have a lot of time to visit the city, but Black Taxi worked with us so that we could at least get a taste of London during our lengthy layover at Heathrow. Paula was a wealth of information and she worked hard to get us to as many sights as possible. We were really pleased. Just make sure to allow yourself at least 3 hours before your flight to be back at Heathrow.”

“I did a Cotswolds tour with Richard, the best guide I've ever had! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned so much during the trip. He took me to all the places I requested and added some extra stops in Yarton and some fascinating roadside attractions. Thank you very much Richard and Black Taxi Tour London for making it such a truly memorable day! Highly recommended!”

“We went on a London tour and it was fantastic! Rob was amazing and really friendly. It was me, my mom, and my 9-year-old son, and he was very attentive, especially to my son Christian, explaining things well. Highly recommend this tour!”

“Lots of traffic (which we realize is not your fault) made to tour very long. Also thought it would be a bit more interactive. For example we did walk walk into abbey road studio, there was scaffolding at their flat so we couldn’t get a picture of the landmark sign. Guide was incredibly nice and knowledgeable”

“What a brilliant time we all had. Had our overseas teams over and we booked 9 taxis to give us a guided tour - we had the best time. All the drivers were super knowledgeable and we all learnt a lot about London. Thoroughly recommended this trip. Customer service was excellent, Angela was brilliant from start to finish and spoke to Keith in advance to explain what we wanted so we agreed in advance. We had a last minute taxi request and it was no issue at all and all resolved within a day.”
