“My mother, sister and I did two tours with this company and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. We did a private tour of the city in a day trip to the Cotswolds and each was wonderful and unique and its own way. The private tour of the city itself was incredible and we were able to see things that most people did not know existed. When people ask me what my favorite thing is that we did while in London, I quickly say our private tours. It was the best money I spent on the trip.”

As a Aussie & American family, Peter personalized our entire experience to perfectly align with our heritage and interests, and it was beyond amazing! From the moment we stepped into his cab, Peter worked his magic—he immediately tapped into what we were passionate about and tailored the whole journey on the spot. His knowledge of London is truly astounding, and the way he wove in stories about the #Mayflower and #HMSEndeavour was absolutely fascinating! He didn’t just give us the standard history—he dove deep into the details, connecting the embarkments with moments from WW2, and he had us completely captivated. The highlight? A charming, historical lunch at The Mayflower Pub, which was incredible not only for its delicious food but also its historical significance, being right across from where the Mayflower and Endeavour set sail. It was a surreal moment for our family, and our kids LOVED every second! Peter went the extra mile (literally and figuratively). He had snacks and treats for the kids, making the whole experience even more special for our family. We spent the whole morning into the afternoon with him, but honestly, we could have stayed in his cab for days just soaking up his stories and expertise. And the tour didn’t even end there—Peter sent me links and audiobooks afterward so we could continue our learning journey. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail made this an unforgettable experience that was worth every single penny! “We were thrilled with our private tour with David. He made sure we got to see what we wanted to and was very thoughtful when it came to some mobility issues we have. He had a few little special touches that we appreciated as well….. and he is a great photographer. We got lots of great family pics.”

“This was truly a 5 star tour. Our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and really went out of her way to make our tour great. It was such a good way to take in all the sights without having to hustle everywhere on the tube. Perfect for a family who were just visiting London for a few days. Highly recommend!”

“My Beatles Tour with Paul W. was outstanding! He was incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited and navigated the London streets flawlessly. Each stop was informative and relaxed. Nothing was rushed so I was able to enjoy and take in everything Paul was telling me. He often asked what I wanted to see or do at a particular stop. A great way to check out the Beatles in London without wasting time trying to find out where everything is yourself. It was a great afternoon out!”

“Keith was terrific! Arrived right on time, even with my last minute pushback (jet lag is tough 😆). Taxi was spotless and comfortable for 5 people. Took us to all the spots and was super knowledgeable. We were thrilled, highly recommend their services, ask for Keith, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Peter was great!! His enthusiasm and knowledge made for such a great tour. It was also great that he fully customized the tour to my and my fiancé’s interests. Whether you are interested in ancient contemporary history or pop culture he has it all covered and does his tour in such an engaging way that I would highly recommend. Peter went above and beyond to make our tour perfect!”

“Davis was a fantastic guide, and this was everything we had hoped it would be when booking. We did the Classic London sightseeing tour (four hours). David's enthusiasm for and knowledge of London really elevated our experience. Per our request, he cut out a couple of the stops that we had visited the day before on our own (Tower of London and Westminster Abbey). He added a couple that were very interesting and not something we would have visited on our own (Roman Amphitheater, Guild Hall). He even showed us the Church where William Penn was baptized- knowing we were from Pennsylvania. He really customized the tour to us. If you are considering doing this, I would definitely recommend it- I'm not sure there is a better way to see London.”

“We didn’t have a lot of time to visit the city, but Black Taxi worked with us so that we could at least get a taste of London during our lengthy layover at Heathrow. Paula was a wealth of information and she worked hard to get us to as many sights as possible. We were really pleased. Just make sure to allow yourself at least 3 hours before your flight to be back at Heathrow.”
