“Grant was amazing. Not only did he show us all the major sites but he gave us a quick history lesson, answered our questions and snapped photos of our family at all the major sites. He went above and beyond at the beginning and end of our tour. Our train from France was delayed by 2 hours so he waited to pick us up later and modified our pick up from our hotel to the train station. He was a great communicator using WhatsApp to keep in touch with us as we made our way to London. At the end of our trip we had a stressful situation trying to get the key to our Airbnb and he spent extra time driving us to multiple locations, literally driving in circles, and after spending an extra 30 minutes with us deposited us at a hotel and went in to speak to them to let them know our situation. He was a calming presence, aimed to serve us and took great care of us. Needless to say, Grant not only was a wonderful tour guide but a wonderful human being. I would 100% recommend Grant to anyone. He checked in the next morning to make sure everything had worked out for us.”

“Ricky was excellent guide and we throughly enjoyed our time with him. He was very knowledgeable and know many ppl around town where we went around showing how nice he is with everyone locally. He gave extra time to explain things and was thoughtful to to my 2 teenage sons. We chose James Bond theme tour but he added some extra things in as he though boys will enjoy it which is a very lovely personal touch. Traffic was light so we went through our itinerary quicker than our time allocation but he didn’t try to end it early but took us to an extra spot so we get the full time. Ricky was super polite, great conversation and just very fun to be around!”

“Truly Amazing day with Steve Kendall from Black Taxi Tour - Rock 'n' Roll Road Trip. We saw homes and famous landmarks of some of the UK biggest Rock legends. Steve did not skip a beat, he was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to spend a day with. What a blast. He also took incredible pictures of us, that we will treasure for a lifetime. So extremely happy that I booked this tour and we had Steve has our guide. One of the highlights of our trip!!! THANK YOU Steve!!?? The McLeod’s from New Jersey”

“If you have the time and budget, take this tour. Barry, our guide and driver, informed and entertained us while catering to our individual interests. It was the first trip to London for one of our group and another had been to London over 100 times. We all learned something new during our enjoyable afternoon.”

“The Black Taxi Tour of London gave us the opportunity to see a variety of sights we would not have managed on our own. “The best scandal tour. Paula drove and walked us around the highlight s of the Profumo scandal from its beginnings in Soho to speeches in Parliament. Well organized and planned, full of little details and courts that are now hotels It was an amazing tour around London filled with fascinating details. Thanks Paula for making it a special afternoon!!”

“We absolutely loved our classic London tour! Frank was amazing and one of our favorite guides we have ever had! His knowledge of the city was incredible. He was able to get us an amazing spot to see the Changing of the guard. We would highly recommend this tour and Frank to anyone visiting London!”

“We had a wonderful tour of the Christmas. lights with our fabulous drove Dennis! He was very knowledgeable and interesting and did a great tour of the lights, some of which we had never seen before! We took my 94 year old mother and he was so patient and helpful with her . Thank you”

“We enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was able to get us so close to all the lights. She gladly offered to take pics. She was very accommodating and even offered to stop at a store before we went back to our hotel. The only thing I would suggest is to avoid talk of politics, ever. It is a very divisive topic, especially now.”

“This tour didn’t go as well as I’d hoped. I’m sure Meni would agree. Traffic was horrible. Just horrible. Meni was very friendly. And knew his way around (obviously) but traffic just did things in.”
