“Wow wow wow. The hot tub was delivered on time. The two guys where absolutely fantastic. showed us everything we need to know. The hot tub itself is amazing. Would definitely recommend this company. thanks so much. top class service all round.”

“Really could not be happier with the pre-sales, the installation the tub itself or the after-sales service. The tub turned up in the timescales expected, at the time they said and the installations guys couldn't have done more to help even when getting the tub to the intended location was a pain in the butt (Thank you Grant and Chris Baggaley). We discovered a minor issue with one jet (turned out to be a small piece of packaging foam) but this was dealt with very quickly. Very happy customers”

“Yay!!! Our new hot tub spa was delivered yesterday. We are so happy with the customer service we have received from Black Diamond Spas, from showroom to it being delivered in our garden. They organised everything for us which included the tub being craned over our house right to the place we had chosen for it. The hot tub is everything and more than we expected and we feel great value for money. The delivery guys Terry and Jordan were very knowledgeable and confident and answered all of our questions. They didn’t rush the delivery as the wanted to make sure we were happy with the product and how to use it. We would highly recommend Black Diamond Spas.”

“We had our Palma Hot Tub delivered today by Jay and Alex, the service was fantastic from start to finish. They kept in touch with me regarding arrival time and nothing was to much trouble for them when they arrived. They stayed longer than required just to put our minds at ease and answer all the questions we had. They are a credit to your company. Thanks again.”

“Looked at various companies but Black Diamond were considerably cheaper, did have to wait longer than expected but this was due to ordering whilst covid lockdown so totally understandable. The product meets expectations. Terry and Jordan who delivered the hot tub are where a special mention must be made as they were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, a real credit to the company. Hot tub is up and running and well worth the wait! Thanks 😊”

“I was very impressed with the delivery and the expertise shown by Jaye in setting up the hot tub and advice provided, we have had it for 3 weeks well and we are very happy with our Valencia 1 lounger! There were some delays due to covid however happy we have received our item now.”

“After all the difficulties of COVID and ships stuck in the Suez Canal our hot tub finally arrived. I was contacted the night before to arrange the time and Jay and Alex turned up on time after a long drive. Nothing was a problem for them and it came of the lorry down a narrow path and was installed in exactly the right spot. Everything was explained fully and it looks great.”

“Wow been looking for a hot tub to fit behind my garage in my new build house for a couple of years and I have to say I’m so happy with the hot tub after measuring it out over and over again and building a small batten fence I thought we was ready for the delivery, well I got the measurements right for the size of the tub but not the right size for when the guys came to fit it, I had to quickly get the saw out and rip the fence down and I have to say Grant and Brad who were delivering the tub were awesome. They never once moaned or said sorry pal it won’t fit they and we need to get on with the next delivery. They helped me out and I have to say in my business I would kill for to delivery drivers like them, well they are not just delivery drives they know everything about the hot tubs and they explained it really really well for us. I have to say they have some great guys out on the road who are customer facing and I didn’t have a bad word to say about them, thanks for all your help guys 💪”

“Having decided we wanted a Platinum Spas Happy, we found every supplier within 100miles almost impossible to speak to or tried to increase price. Really pleased to find Black Diamond. Not only were they cheaper by far, they we easy to speak to, informative and helpful. Spa delivered as promised couldn't be happier. Well done James, Jake, Jordan and Jordan. 5 stars is not enough.”

“Jay and Jordan went out of there way to install my hot tub. Due to lack of access they had no problem using the farmers field behind my property to get the hot tub installed. The hot tub it self the milan 1 lounger is an excellent hot tub”

“After waiting 20 weeks for delivery of my Milan 1 lounger spa and many emails and calls to a not very helpful customer service we finally received our tub. Jay and Alex were absolutely amazing 👏 ... maybe the guy on the end of the phone should take a leaf out of their book 🤔. They were accommodating and nothing was a problem. Explained everything as they were going along. Told us what the procedure was and what not to do. Very easy to talk to and have a laugh with.. explained that no matter what problems we had (if any) just to call and they would drive the 5 hours to come and sort it out. Top lads .. a credit to the company that is for sure .. A huge thank you to you both Jay and Alex .. I hope you enjoyed our stories 🤣 and thanks for not stealing our Bulldog Stan. Keep being who you are lads.”

“When I first looked at getting at a hot tub this place was recommended to me by a friend . When I went to look round only needed 2 mins and choice jake was very good. When grant and Jordan came they were very good and knowledge able about how to proceed with getting it in my garden as it wasn't the easiest place but they managed it . I waited alittle longer for delivery but I'm very happy with .”

“If you want easy, friendly advise with professionalism, use these guys. Jake was very helpful and kept me informed on the order, and the 2 guys who installed were great, Chris and Jordan. “Delighted with the service. Communication day prior to delivery and on the day by Jay and Ruby was first class. We are awaiting our electric supply to be installed so not use the tub yet but exactly as described and feel confident at set up due to the thorough explanation from the delivery team. Order to delivery was just 6 weeks. First class and can't wait to use the tub! Would recommend Black Diamond Spas.”
